You did not receive a free token when you signed up for an Easy MTD account due to one of the following reasons:
- Your company has already received a free token. We provide a free token so you can ascertain whether Easy MTD is the right solution for you and to prove it submits VAT returns to HMRC. It is not provided so your company can indefintely submit VAT returns for free. Just like your business, we have overheads so we need to charge a small fee per token. Abusing the provision of a free token is detriment to us being able to maintain Easy MTD and provide first class support. Click here to buy one or more tokens.
- You did not sign up for an Easy MTD account at easymtd.com. If you signed up elsewhere (e.g. at flysoftware.com) please contact us and we will be happy to add a token to your account.
- You have not activated your account using the link in the Welcome email. If you have not received the Welcome email, please check your spam/junk folder.
