Credit and debit card payments for Easy MTD tokens are processed by PayPal. They are responsible for what data is requested (card number, postcode, etc) and Fly Software have no control over this or the processing of the payment. If a payment fails or an error is shown, please check the following before trying to make payment again:
- All card details are correct.
- The correct country (indicated by a flag) is selected.
- You have enough funds in the account associated with the card.
- The card being used is supported by PayPal - MasterCard, Visa, Discovery, American Express.
If you continue to have trouble making payment, either use a different card, pay by PayPal or pay by bank transfer.
