Why can't I see the submission receipt of a fulfilled VAT obligation?

The submission receipt is unavailable for one of the following reasons:

  • You do not have an Easy MTD account associated with Easy MTD.*
  • The Easy MTD account you have associated with Easy MTD did not submit the VAT return.*
  • A different Making Tax Digital for VAT solution was used to submit the VAT return.

*Specify appropriate Easy MTD account credentials in the Account window which is accessed by clicking the Account option on the Options menu or the link in the Welcome section or the Options section.
